A RESPONSE TO WORRIED CHRISTIANS:

Yes, I definitely "see other patterns here", and following are
my comments, in the form of questions:

1. Are you aware that this practice, known as numerology,
is a form of divination and forbidden in the Scriptures and
in Christian tradition?

Webster on numerology: "the study of the occult [ie, hidden]
significance of numbers." Webster on divination: "the art or
practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or
discover hidden knowledge, usually by the interpretation of
omens [ie, something believed to portend a future event]."
The Bible on numerology: "There shall not be found among you
anyone who... uses divination, one who practices witchcraft,
or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer." (Deut.18:10 - note
the equation with witchcraft and sorcery) Note from Cruden's
concordance: "In the Bible, the word [divination] is used of
false systems of ascertaining God's will."

2. Since this system of assigning numerical values to letters
began about 2000 years ago with rabbinic Judaism and Hebrew,
we should expect the same message to come through when we
calculate "internet" and "computer" together in Hebrew,
following the ancient "gamatria" custom. When I do so, why do
I get the meaningless total of 679?

3. I think it's p-e-r-v-e-r-s-e (108=3x6x6) to be using a
forbidden practice to prove the v-a-l-i-d-i-t-y (102=17x6)
of the h-o-l-y (60=10x6 or 6+0=6) W-o-r-d (60=10x6 or 6+0=6)
of God.

Can we say that we a-l-r-e-a-d-y (66=11x6 or double 6)
p-r-a-y (60=10x6 or 6+0=6) enough, read the W-o-r-d (60=10x6
or 6+0=6) enough, that we can afford to be w-a-s-t-i-n-g (93
or 9-3=6) the precious l-i-t-t-l-e (78=13x6) t-i-m-e (48=6x8)
we have left before the r-e-a-l (36=6x6) t-r-i-a-l ((60=10x6
or 6+0=6) comes upon us? If we don't r-e-p-e-n-t (78=13x6)
f-r-o-m (126=21x6) this s-i-n (42=7x6), we will not
b-e-r-e-a-d-y (60=10x6 or 6+0=6).

It's also s-a-d (24=6x4 or 2+4=6) to see that the spiritual
understanding of some C-h-r-i-s-t-i-a-n-s (120=20x6 or 10x6x2
or two 60's, see above) has become so s-h-a-l-l-o-w (90=15x6)
that they must resort to p-l-a-y-i-n-g (84=14x6) w-i-t-h (60=10x6
or 6+0=6) l-e-t-t-e-r-s (156=26x6 or 6x13x2 or 1+5+6=12 which
is 6x2) in order to d-i-s-c-e-r-n (72=12x6) e-v-i-l (48=6x8)
potential in the I-n-t-e-r-n-e-t (105=15x7 or 21x5 which is 5x7x3
- oops! how did THAT happen?? However, 105 can be understood as
1+0+5=6 so since the score is tied, I've concluded that the
Internet is a neutral object which can be used for good or evil.
This apart from the fact that the antichrist, whose number of
666 started this whole thing, is clearly described in Scripture
as a man and not a an inanimate object such as a cyber-entity).

4. OR-- could it be that we just left out a few necessary pieces
of equipment? After all, Internet does need more than just a
computer to function! If we add to "internet" and "computer" a
few essentials, watch what happens:

e-l-e-c-t-r-i-c-i-t-y +(129)
m-o-d-e-m +( 50)
w-e-b-s-e-r-v-e-r +(117)
b-r-o-w-s-e-r +(100)
e-m-a-i-l +( 40)
u-s-e-r-m-a-n-u-a-l +(125)
        OR
(technical) s-u-p-p-o-r-t
(you can choose your preferred guidance since number value is the same)

total: =(561)
add
c-o-m-p-u-t-e-r +(111)
i-n-t-e-r-n-e-t +(105)

grand total: =(777)

there! we can now surf to our heart's content, regardless of
whether we consume jewels or garbage, because we have calculated
the number of perfection and divine blessing for our involvement
in the Net - 777!...

I trust I've made my point: you can find numerical patterns
anywhere, regardless of the spiritual import of the words in
question. By the way, I was able to gather the above examples in
a couple of hours, without having to use a computer word-value
search; ie, it's not at all difficult.

Please PLEASE let's get back to the i-m-p-o-r-t-a-n-t (126=21x6)
things! (sorry, I couldn't resist one more -- this is addictive,
don't you agree?)

Submitted in all earnestness,

H. Weiss
